Experience Morrisville

Taste ofMorrisville

Six independent kitchens along Bridge Street and Trenton Avenue. Family-owned, locally run, and worth the trip.

Morrisville has been a settlement at the falls of the Delaware since long before the nation was founded, and its food scene reflects that — small storefronts, long-running family businesses, and owners who know their regulars by name.

This page is a starting point, not a finished list. We're building it business by business, with the owners themselves.

Fame: Good Eats

Breakfast & Lunch

Fame is run by a father-and-son team, Anton and Mo Abuzaid, who opened the restaurant in May 2023 in the Morrisville Shopping Center. Between them they bring a long professional kitchen history: Anton trained and cooked in London before working in Chambersburg, and Mo cooked in Old City Philadelphia before co-owning restaurants in Burlington and Florence, New Jersey.

The menu runs from traditional egg, pancake and waffle plates to biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos and quesadillas, and shrimp and grits. The South of the Border omelette is built on chorizo with sauteed onions, peppers and jack cheddar. Lunch brings burgers, BLTs, shrimp tacos, salads and fresh soups.

"Most people can fry an egg. But to make it delicious day after day — that's a skill few possess."

The Morrisville Business Association noted that Fame has become a gathering place for local groups — British Cars of Bucks County brought fourteen members for a breakfast, and another group followed with thirty-five.
